How a passion for people-first HR became a multi award-winning consultancy.
Rebox HR was founded in 2020 by Natalie Ellis, an experienced HR professional with a vision to transform HR from a back-office necessity into a genuine strategic advantage for small and medium-sized businesses. Based in Daventry, in the heart of England, we set out with a simple but powerful belief: every business deserves access to expert, high-quality HR support, not just those that can afford a full in-house team.
From our earliest days, we've been driven by a desire to do things differently. Too many SMEs were receiving impersonal, jargon-heavy HR advice that left them more confused than confident. We knew there was a better way, one built on genuine relationships, clear communication, and a deep understanding of the commercial realities businesses face every day.
Since 2020, that approach has seen us grow from a newly founded consultancy into a multi award-winning team that has supported over 100 businesses across the UK. We've become a Breathe HR Certified Platinum Partner and Partner of the Year 2024, and we continue to invest in continuous learning and development so that every piece of advice we give is current, practical, and commercially sound.
